        SHIPPING INFORMATION

        Orders are made to order. Please allow 5-7 days for products to be made, packaged and shipped. You have the option to choose tracking on shipping, if you choose tracking, you will receive a tracking number when your items have been processed and shipped.

         CANADIAN SHIPPING

        Standard orders shipped within Canada will take 1-10 business days to arrive, pending payment authorization and verification. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS text confirming your package has been sent. If you choose tracked shipping you will also receive a tracking number. 

        • Canadian shipping is operated by Canada Post only at this time. 

        US Shipping 

        All orders are shipped from Victoria, BC Canada. Orders shipping to the United States can take 10-15 business days to arrive, pending payment authorization and verification. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS text confirming your package has been sent. If you choose tracked shipping you will also receive a tracking number. 

        • US shipping is operated by Canada Post only at this time.
