Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. All sale/clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a return. 

Of course, if you're really unhappy with your items hit us up at contact us and we can chat! 

This this time we do not offer exchanges. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us and please include photos of the damage/issue. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All sale/clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a return. 

Orders are made to order. Please allow 5-7 days for products to be made, packaged and shipped. Orders are fully tracked and you will receive an email with a tracking number when they have been processed.

Standard orders shipped within Canada will take 1-10 business days to arrive, pending payment authorization and verification. When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS text. Canadian shipping is operated by Canada Post only at this time.
